1. Who we are

DRILLPITCH is operated by D G McClean Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI726037) ("we", "us"). You can contact us through the contact form on this site.

2. Age requirement

All purchases and accounts on this site must be made and held by an adult aged 18 or over. Our products are designed for children to train with under adult supervision, but children may not buy products or create accounts. By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

3. What we sell

We sell digital football training content ("packs") as instant downloads in PDF and EPUB format, together with access to an online reader that includes translation and read-aloud features. No physical products are shipped.

4. Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of D G McClean Ltd. We do not store your card details. Prices may be displayed and charged in your local currency; the amount shown at checkout is the amount you will pay. Your contract with us is formed when payment is successfully completed.

5. Delivery of digital content

Purchased packs are delivered to your account library immediately after payment and remain available for download while your account is active. If a download fails, contact us and we will restore access.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel once the download or streaming has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights where content is faulty or not as described — in that case contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund.

7. Licence and permitted use

Each purchase licenses one buyer — a parent, coach, academy or club representative — to use the pack to plan and deliver training, including paid coaching sessions, for teams and players they personally coach. You may print copies for use in those sessions. You may not resell the files, share them publicly, redistribute them to other coaches or organisations, or upload them anywhere others can download them — each coach or organisation needs its own copy. All content is the copyright of D G McClean Ltd.

8. Safety notice

Our drills are written for ordinary garden and park spaces and require adult supervision. Physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for ensuring the training space is safe, the activity is appropriate for your child's age and condition, and sessions stop if a child is in pain or discomfort. Nothing in our packs is medical, fitness, or professional coaching advice.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, share purchased content, or attempt to interfere with the site.

10. Translations and read-aloud

Translated and read-aloud versions of pack content are provided as a convenience. The English text is the authoritative version. Read-aloud voice quality depends on your device.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the price you paid for that purchase.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction, except that if you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU you retain any mandatory consumer protections and court access of your home country.
